Loss Adjuster - Energy Claims Specialist
About the Role:Our client, a leading Loss Adjuster, is seeking a highly skilled Loss Adjuster to join their expanding Energy Claims team in London. As a Loss Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior adjusters with claims, managing claims from start to finish, and handling your own losses.
Main Responsibilities:- Support senior adjusters with claims and provide expert advice on energy-related losses
- Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients
- Handle your own losses, utilizing your expertise to resolve claims efficiently
- Report claims to clients in a timely manner, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process
- Complete timesheets for billable work, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial management
- Assist in creating marketing materials, promoting the company's services and expertise
- Proven experience in Loss Adjusting, with a strong understanding of energy-related claims
- Knowledge of energy or property claims, with a focus on renewable energy
- Interest in renewable energy, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Willingness to travel for work, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple claims
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in IT, with experience using industry-specific software and systems
