Join Our Team as a Co-Packing Operations Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for co-pack operation area (Batch/Blending, Packaging, Digital Can Printing, and Sanitation).
  • Proficiently operate and maintain equipment, including CIP of fillers, vessels, tanks, process lines, fermenters, centrifuges, filters, and yeast brinks.
  • Monitor and control production and cleaning processes, detect problems, and troubleshoot deviations using process automation systems.
  • Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and GMP, and perform routine GMP audits and report findings.
  • Collaborate with other co-pack team members and supporting production teams to progress production objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of production brewing experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a consumer-packaged manufacturing environment required.
  • 3 years of experience in a consumer-packaged manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic mechanical repair experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS365 Office suite and CMMS for creation and completion of Work Orders.
  • Forklift Certification within 90 Days required.
  • Narrow Isle Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
  • Scissor Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
  • Boom Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
  • Cart Caddy Certification within 90 Days required.
