Co-Packing Operations Technician

Join Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in our mission to advance a culture of inclusion and diversity in the craft brewing industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Co-Packing Operations Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all products meet quality standards by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for co-pack operation area (Batch/Blending, Packaging, Digital Can Printing, and Sanitation).
- Proficient in CIP of fillers, vessels, tanks, process lines, fermenters, centrifuges, filters, and yeast brinks, including assembly and disassembly of process lines, loops, and vessel entry for manual cleaning.
- Monitor and note variations for all process parameters: flow rates and volumes, process times and temperatures, pH levels, turbidity, density measures, and other parameter settings to ensure quality standards and product specifications are being met at all times.
- Utilize inventory control software (Phoenix WMS and Switchboard) for material receiving, data entry, and lot tracking for FIFO and traceability programs.
- Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and GMP, and perform routine GMP audits and report findings.
- 1 year Production Brewing experience preferred.
- 2 years experience in a consumer-packaged manufacturing environment required.
- 3 years experience in a consumer-packaged manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic Mechanical Repair Experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS365 Office suite and a CMMS for creation and completion of Work Orders.
- Forklift Certification within 90 Days required.
- Narrow Isle Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
- Scissor Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
- Boom Lift Certification within 90 Days required.
- Cart Caddy Certification within 90 Days required.
