The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Global Heinz Portfolio Strategy team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to drive growth and innovation for the Heinz brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of cross-functional experts to develop and execute a portfolio strategy that drives growth and innovation for the Heinz brand.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to develop and implement a global product and pack transformation roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including zone and country teams, to drive business results and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to local market teams to drive business results and growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategic brand building and portfolio management.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience building iconic, global brands with a clear strategy and purpose.
  • Strong leadership credentials in building vision and driving to clear action/results.
  • High level of tolerance for working in ambiguity, managing change, and driving change management/transformation.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to build effective and influential working relationships.
  • High level of financial competence and analytical skills to spot global trends and influence business needs.
  • Proficient at storytelling in creative, influential, and impactful ways - excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills (written, oral, and across Microsoft Office Suite).
