Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed.
  • Ensure data entry procedures, standards, and policies are followed consistently to maintain data integrity and confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Assist in updating and cleaning up existing databases, including removing duplicate entries, updating outdated information, and ensuring consistency across records.
  • Work closely with administrative staff and other teams to coordinate data entry efforts and support overall administrative functions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create automated, personalized communication journeys for leads and customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be living within commuting distance of our location as this is a local role with the potential to be hybrid once settled into the role.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, able to manage their own time and workload.
  • A good level of IT literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telephone experience and strong phone skills (essential).
  • Tele-sales experience (desirable).
  • Data cleansing experience (desirable).
  • CRM experience (desirable).
  • IT experience (essential).
  • Advance excel skills to support further analysis of CRM data (desirable).
