About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve quality issues related to supplier non-conforming components.
  • Provide supplier quality performance data to ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Conduct improvement projects to enhance quality and delivery performance.
  • Lead component validation following product and process qualification processes, managing risks.
  • Audit existing and potential suppliers to assess their manufacturing capabilities and quality systems.
  • Lead and/or facilitate improvement projects to address supplier performance issues using LEAN/Quality improvement tools.
  • Train and coach suppliers to improve their business performance.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Participate in quality meetings with suppliers.
  • Drive reactive supplier quality improvements and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical or metallurgical industries.
