Job Title: Sales Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to lead a team of sales executives and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage product upsells, finance and insurance penetrations, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and motivating teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Knowledge of sales processes and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (No Sundays) with a fixed day off in the week
