Job Description

Operational Improvement - Project Delivery

  • Responsible for the development of project delivery charters and frameworks. Identify roles and responsibilities, milestones, and delivery timelines to enable prioritization and efficient delivery of all initiatives within the project framework.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including operational teams, project teams, and shared services, to ensure project dependencies and complexities are understood.


Change Management
  • Responsible for ensuring that all change and transformation activities related to projects are understood by end-users.
  • Ensure that operational teams have received the necessary documentation and training materials to move projects into business as usual.


Training and Documentation
  • Responsible for process documentation and training, including version control and governance.
  • Responsible for the delivery of standard operating procedures.


Risk Management and Compliance
  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of all reporting related to policies, governance, and controls.
  • Responsible for the delivery and handover of controls to process owners, ensuring zero deficiencies.
  • Maintain a high level of risk management and compliance in all projects.


Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management
  • Operate within a matrix organization, working closely with sourcing teams, finance teams, legal teams, audit teams, and the wider stakeholder community.
  • Change management - ability to motivate remote teams to drive change. Understand what changes need to be made and how to drive them at every level to senior management.
  • Communication - show ability in relentless and effective communication in driving the business case to stakeholders and selling changes at both senior and operational levels. Excellent communication and networking skills, quickly able to establish credibility with project leaders, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a head office, multi-cultural environment preferably in Europe.
  • Audit, risk management, and compliance experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
