Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the POS Channel Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive customers and sales through effective use of in-store point-of-sale.
- Project Management: Project manage editorial direction for point-of-sale communications to align with business goals and brand values.
- POS Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver POS work to ensure timely and budget-friendly projects that meet the needs of our clients.
- Innovation and Creativity: Create innovative POS aligned with commercial activities and brand strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Approval and Financial Management: Manage the approval process and financial aspects of POS projects, and produce guidelines for branch communication and ensure compliance.
- Expertise in POS and In-Store Communications: Proven expertise in point-of-sale and in-store communications, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer engagement.
- Project Management and Numerical Literacy: Proficiency in project management, numerical literacy, and stakeholder management, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
