Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Online Fulfilment Manager to join our team in Northallerton. As a key member of our Support Centre, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online shopping orders and meeting our customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management.
  • Manage Online Order Fulfilment
    • Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of online orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance
    • Ensure that all online order fulfilment processes are compliant with trading standards and health and safety legislation.

Requirements

  • Managerial Experience
    • Proven experience in a managerial or team leader role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness
    • Commercially insightful, with a successful track record in achieving targets and objectives.
