About the Role
  • Lead and direct teams in technical design work, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards in design, ensuring excellence in every aspect of river engineering and flood defence.
  • Grow and develop engineering capability within the practice, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Deliver both traditional engineering and environmentally focused solutions using nature-based strategies, driving sustainability and environmental stewardship.
