Position: Public Fundraising Manager
Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 annually (inclusive of London weighting)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / London office
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
Hybrid Work Model: 2 days in the office each week
Some travel may be necessary.

Role Responsibilities
As the Public Fundraising Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing the charity's individual and community fundraising initiatives. This multifaceted role includes:
- Developing and implementing fundraising campaigns and events.
- Strengthening relationships with current supporters while attracting new donors.
- Collaborating with the Director of Development and colleagues across the organization to create innovative fundraising strategies.
