Qualifications and Skills Required
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Highly motivated and proactive attitude
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach to responsibilities and working hours
