About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. The successful candidate will work with children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a vibrant and inclusive Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with mild SEN in a classroom environment
  • Hold interventions and provide scaffolding support for children's learning
  • Work across Key Stages, including Early Years
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements
  • High academic qualifications, including A Levels and a Degree
  • Experience working with children with SEN

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
