The Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive behaviour change campaigns that support our strategic priorities in Southwark 2030. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns that enhance resident satisfaction.
As a key member of our Communications, Engagement, and Change team, you will collaborate with the Director to create an annual integrated campaign plan that drives meaningful change. Your expertise in behavioural science will inform the development of communications and on-the-ground interventions that deliver lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behaviour change campaigns that align with our strategic priorities
- Collaborate with the Director to create an annual integrated campaign plan
- Apply behavioural science principles to inform campaign development and implementation
- Work closely with the Communications, Engagement, and Change team to ensure campaign success
