About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in timber/residential industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in design, estimation, and quality assurance. You will be proficient in software such as MiTek, Wolf, Gangnail, and Consultec, and have a solid understanding of construction documents, building materials, and residential building standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality assurance by reviewing component designs on a range of projects.
- Train team members in industry standard practices for estimation and design.
- Consult with customers and add value through offering insights.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the efficiency of creating take-offs, pricing/quotes, and quality assurance.
