Project Oversight:
Oversee SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) initiatives focused on fostering ongoing enhancements throughout the organization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to assist them in effectively managing their daily SHE obligations.
  • Procedure Enhancement: Lead or assist in the creation and evaluation of SHE protocols and standards, including related training and assessment programs.
  • Risk Oversight: Supervise business systems such as DSE (Display Screen Equipment), Safe Driving, and other recognized risk areas impacting the organization.
  • Safety Culture Enhancement: Aid in the advancement of a robust safety culture, including the execution of safety assessments.
  • Innovative Practices:

Best Practices Implementation:

Spearhead the adoption of progressive safety practices and identify opportunities for a uniform approach to safety accountability across the organization.


  • Actively engage and positively influence personnel, management, contractors, and union representatives regarding SHE performance and risk oversight, emphasizing the direct correlation between behavior and safety results.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Generate comprehensive reports and briefing documents on specific SHE subjects and develop health and safety success metrics that promote continuous improvement.
  • Performance Evaluation: Provide organizational SHE non-site Safety Performance metrics and facilitate SHE leadership visits and feedback.
