Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. as a key member of our HSE department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our company's HSE strategy and overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating health and safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HSE Strategy: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of our company's HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Health and Safety Standards: Conduct regular site walks to ensure all HSE practices are being adhered to, and maintain health and safety standards and documentation while on site.
  • Risk Assessments and Method Statements: Complete risk assessments and method statements to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Site Inspections and Quality Checks: Conduct inspections and quality checks on site to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HSEQ performance and report findings to the Project Manager and HSEQ Coordinator.
  • Investigations and Analysis: Conduct investigations into accidents or incidents, analyze data to prevent future occurrences, and identify areas for improvement.
  • HSEQ Performance Management: Manage and report on HSEQ performance to the Project Manager and HSEQ Coordinator, and work actively with the project team to meet HSEQ standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the project and installation teams to ensure HSEQ procedures are followed, and attend management and health and safety meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma certificate.
