Senior Executive, Programmatic Campaign Activation

About The Position

The Senior Executive in Programmatic Campaign Activation is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery in campaign execution and oversees daily management tasks. This role necessitates collaboration with a dedicated team of activation professionals to fulfill our promise to clients through unparalleled activation proficiency.

You will engage closely with team leaders and associate directors, while also partnering with offshore activation teams to successfully implement programmatic campaigns in the Digital Out of Home (DOOH) sector for our clientele.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Excellence in Activation & Delivery
  • Enhance campaign activation skills and knowledge by assisting in the comprehensive management of client campaigns.
  • Contribute to the execution of daily activation activities to achieve client objectives across all assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the campaign management process, including inventory assessments, campaign configuration (creative uploads, measurement setup, and campaign construction), reporting, performance evaluation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct daily performance checks during campaign execution to identify issues or areas for enhancement.
  • Track campaign performance indicators and metrics.
  • Develop a strategic insight into the client's business and performance metrics.
  • Support the creation and distribution of Performance Campaign Analysis (PCAs) and end-of-campaign evaluations.
  • Address activation challenges and issues with your direct team and navigate conflicts between best practices and client demands.
  1. Process Improvement, Automation & Offshoring
  • Comprehend the processes and best practices that ensure quality, efficiency, and precision in managing the complete campaign lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the offshore team, overseeing task distribution and workload management.
  • Ensure diligence is maintained for key operational tasks, including Salesforce management and campaign supplier reconciliation.
  • Familiarize yourself with existing automation tools and effectively apply them to campaigns while adhering to activation standards and best practices.
  1. Collaborative Work Practices
  • Utilize systems and tools to oversee all campaign delivery and identify recurring issues within your team.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients, team members, and external partners.
  1. Team Development & Culture
  • Expand your understanding of the programmatic landscape, key industry developments, platforms, and technology partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within the Activation team and broader internal teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic about programmatic activation.
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape.
  • Preferably some experience with technical/digital platforms; experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) is advantageous.
  • Experience with programmatic technology platforms, particularly DSPs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, contribute, and drive activation excellence.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues or successes promptly.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Qualifications: GCSEs including English and Maths (ideally to 'A' standard), educated to A-Level or equivalent, university degree.
