Position Overview:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified Special Educational Needs (SEN) Instructor to join a secondary educational institution.

Your role will involve engaging with students in the SEN unit, which is designed to support a select group of learners with communication and language challenges.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lesson plans while monitoring student progress.
2. Support behavioral management by adhering to individualized plans.
3. Set and review educational targets for students.
4. Provide guidance and support to mainstream teachers regarding SEN strategies.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks
- Legal authorization to work in the UK.
