Senior Brand and Communications Manager – SaaS

We are seeking a creative and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Brand and Communications Manager. This is a remote-first role with regular catch-ups and extensive company events.

Role Purpose:

You will be instrumental in driving forward our brand, establishing us as a leading and respected brand within the B2B SaaS landscape. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive brand and communications strategy that embodies our commitment to excellence and sets the bar high for quality and consistency.
  • Establishing and enforcing rigorous brand guidelines that cover all aspects of brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Leading the creation and curation of premium content that reflects thought leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional value to our target audience.
  • Developing and executing a strategic communications plan that leverages earned media, thought leadership, and industry events to raise our profile.
  • Collaborating with our PR agency to secure impactful media coverage that aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing all public relations and media relations activities, ensuring that we are represented in a positive and professional light in all external communications.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across all departments to instil a culture of brand ambassadorship and ensure that brand standards are upheld in all interactions.
  • Managing our brand and communications budget effectively, prioritising investments that deliver the highest return on brand equity and business impact.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing and communications, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand building and communication strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of brand management principles, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, polished work.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful PR and media relations strategies.
  • Significant experience working with channel partners, resellers, and referral programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective partner marketing strategies.
