Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Longlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily routines and activities, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support, either paid or voluntary
