About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Longlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements
