As a one-stop managed service provider for IT, communications, and security, we offer a personalized experience tailored to meet our clients' unique needs in various technology services.

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2nd line IT Support Specialist. The individual will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for general IT, networking, and Hosted Communications systems, ensuring their smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software, as well as hosted communication and collaboration systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT best practices and help desk procedures.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Cyber Security and Firewall technologies.
  • Pursue relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software, as well as hosted communication and collaboration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IT best practices and help desk procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
