Job Title: Permanent Senior Scrub ODP

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our award-winning Private Hospital in Poole.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled ODP to work in a supportive and internationally recognised hospital, delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the safe delivery of surgeries, including orthopaedics, general, gynaecology, and day case/minor ops
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical and leadership skills

Requirements:
  • RGN or ODP qualified with NMC or HCPC registration
