Senior Theatre Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at a prestigious Private Hospital in Poole. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective care to patients during their peri-operative phase, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Theatre team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Approved/recognized anaesthetic course.
  • Orthopaedic skill.
  • Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
