Senior Theatre Practitioner Opportunity

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join their team in the Theatre department at The Harbour Hospital in Poole.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to cover shifts Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. The role holder will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality care to patients during their perioperative phase of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.
  • Provide quality planned care for patients during their perioperative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care.
  • Ensure patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
Requirements
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Approved/recognised anaesthetic course.
  • Orthopaedic skill.
  • Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
