Senior Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Lead Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Psychological Medicine Service at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a senior child and adolescent psychotherapy lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the child and adolescent psychotherapy service, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to the overall management of the service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychotherapy, with experience in leading teams and managing services. You will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, supporting the development of the service, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Psychological Medicine Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the child and adolescent psychotherapy service, providing clinical leadership and direction
  • Provide clinical supervision to child and adolescent psychotherapists
  • Contribute to the overall management of the service, including service development and change management
  • Support the development of the service, including the implementation of new initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless delivery of care
