We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Flexible Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible working arrangement that allows you to work from home up to 2 days a week, promoting a healthy work-life balance and flexibility for personal or childcare commitments.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

We offer competitive pay enhancements, including an additional 30% for evening shifts and Saturdays, as well as a 60% boost for Sundays and Bank Holidays. You'll also enjoy a generous annual leave package, starting at 27 days plus bank holidays, which increases to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.

Requirements

  • SW/OT/RMN qualification and current registration.
  • Diploma/Degree in a subject related to Mental Health.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Full UK driving license.
