Job Description

Electrical Team Leader

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in electrical engineering and leadership skills. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure breakdowns are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the production department to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver small projects on site, from pilot to completion
  • Manage planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Oversee the control of contractors, permits, and RAMS
  • Develop and implement CMMS systems to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing small projects from start to finish
