Electrical Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at CV Library. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, ensuring breakdowns are prioritized, and delivering small projects on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in an FMCG environment
  • Ensure breakdowns are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
  • Deliver small projects on site, including pilot to completion
  • Manage CMMS systems and ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed
  • Liaise with the production department and manage contractors

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering background
  • Experience leading an engineering team in an FMCG environment
  • CMMS systems management experience
  • Project management skills, including pilot to completion
  • Experience managing contractors and permits
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and communication skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working within the UK
