Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Cento is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our MWE project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cost-effective project solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Operational Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure value for money.
  • Establish and implement operational plans to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Lead tender processes to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Relationship Building & Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, using Key Account Management principles to enhance commercial positioning.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure open communication and address issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and inspire project delivery teams to achieve project goals.
  • Implement HR strategies focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with core values and supports continuous improvement.
  • Project Programme Management
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve milestones and objectives.
  • Participate in progress meetings and lessons learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and project success.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to policies, particularly in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Uphold Standards of Conduct and Code of Ethics, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • External Relations & Brand Promotion
  • Actively promote the Cento brand and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and financial acumen.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • A solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
