We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Unify. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead and direct project activities to maintain and improve the net profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client staff and their representatives to foster good working relationships at every level and optimise the commercial position of the client.
- Prepare annual business plans and budgets for the contract portfolio, working closely with the Project Director.
- Conduct regular project reviews, including progress, quality, and financial performance.
- Effectively manage sub-contractors, both financially and commercially.
Requirements:
- A natural leader with strong charisma and the ability to bring out the best in people.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience in the Facilities Management Sector.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and translate them into operational reality.
- Full British Passport and Drivers Licence.
