Project Manager Role at Ultimate Banking Ltd

Our client, Ultimate Banking Ltd, is a leading Mutual Building Society with a strong presence in South Cumbria and a growing national footprint. They are committed to providing mortgage and savings products to their Members while fostering a warm and friendly culture.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Change initiatives within the Transformation and wider Change Programme. This will involve managing and delivering various projects to achieve the company's short-term objectives and long-term Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and project manage large-scale business and technology transformation projects
  • Apply Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum to implement governance frameworks
  • Manage dependencies across major projects and change programs
  • Oversee all aspects of delivery, including project scope, timeline, risks, issues, and budget
  • Support business cases, produce Project Initiation Documents (PID), and drive business realization

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering large-scale IT change, including Cloud migration
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of Project Management methodologies
  • Ability to manage dependencies and drive business realization
