Job Title: Project Manager

BAE Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead all project phases and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company and departmental quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project phases and ensure project delivery in accordance with company and departmental quality procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project success
  • Develop project proposals and estimates for new requirements
  • Manage relationships with various business functions to deliver best value and customer satisfaction
  • Provide budgetary and financial control, and develop project plans with associated risk and dependencies
  • Ensure successful mobilisation and handover from delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to delivery and handover
  • Project controls, project management, and change management experience
  • Effective risk management and mitigation skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Confident use of project lifecycle stages, especially scoping, shaping, and estimating new work
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage financial data and budgets
