Production Team Manager

Our client, a prestigious security company, is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their Leicester electronics manufacturing base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing personnel in a high-volume production environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets and ensure team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor production standards and quality control measures to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Handle conflict resolution and perform problem-solving as necessary to resolve issues and improve team performance.
- Support the training of new team members and ensure all team members are competent in their roles.
- Implement and support continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all manufacturing records are completed accurately and on time.
- Escalate quality concerns to the relevant departments and ensure the escalation procedure is followed.
About the Role:
