Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations
  • Monitor production standards and quality control measures
  • Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
  • Support the training of new team members and ensure that all team members are competent in their roles
  • Implement and support continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety
  • Ensure all manufacturing records are completed appropriately and accurately
  • Ensure the escalation procedure for quality concerns are followed
  • Manage the operators' attendance, employee-related issues, 121s, and performance reviews
  • Identify areas for improvement and initiate projects aimed at lowering costs and improving quality

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems
  • Proficient in MS and any relevant manufacturing management software
