Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an Application Support Specialist to become a part of our friendly and expanding team.

While prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous, we are committed to providing training to the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing support cases to determine if they require training, relate to product usage, or indicate a potential software issue.
  • Managing FTP and data requests, ensuring adherence to established procedures, acquiring necessary data, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Upholding defined policies and processes to guarantee that the support team delivers a consistent and professional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Service Desk or Application Support.
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing case management tools (ticketing systems/CRM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
