We are a leading provider of personalized, private care services for older adults in their own homes. Our mission is to enhance the aging experience for all involved, and our Care Managers play a vital role in making this happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the office
  • Lead the development of a regional live-in care service, promoting our brand values and adhering to franchise standards
  • Ensure each client receives tailored care that meets their unique needs
  • Recruit, support, and manage the office and care teams in line with company policies and standards
  • Implement the requirements of the CQC 'Fundamental Standards for Care'

Requirements

  • Experience in a busy working environment with a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and developing teams
  • Previous experience working for a home care provider is highly desirable
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, with regular travel to surrounding locations in the East and West Midlands and to our National Office
