Make a Difference in a Child's Life

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our children's home team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children in our residential care home.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children, within the last 5 years.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
