The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your priority will be to ensure that our customers have a great experience every time they visit our store. This will involve providing friendly service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring that our products are always available and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve various products, including raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens.
  • Work on your feet for long periods of time and perform tasks such as stock merchandising and cleaning.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is also an advantage.
