About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Colchester Ford. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including finance and insurance regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
