Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team at The Priory. As a Band 7-8A Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, including individual therapy sessions, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients experiencing a range of emotional distress, using evidence-based practices and tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and formulations, including psychometric evaluations and diagnostic processes.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support diagnostic and therapeutic processes, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, working closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Qualified Psychologist, holding membership in a recognised professional association such as the HCPC, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Extensive experience in providing one-to-one therapy to clients with various emotional and psychological issues, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Proven expertise in conducting assessments, developing formulations, and delivering psychometric evaluations, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Desirable experience in facilitating group work and therapeutic interventions, with a commitment to promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with adult caseloads, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with this population.
