About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team at Chess, a leading independent technology service provider. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering demand generation and retention campaigns, monitoring and reporting performance, and optimizing campaigns accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email.
  • Create and implement nurture campaigns using marketing automation systems.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report activity across channels to the Head of Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging campaigns.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
  • Achieve lead KPIs and track conversions.
  • Support sales teams by providing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with customer service communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent CIM qualification.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills, with a good degree of numeracy.
  • Ability to track performance and identify opportunities and issues using Google Analytics and other platforms.
  • Preferred experience in search engine marketing and SEO content, as well as paid promotion and social media advertising.
  • Confident and creative problem-solver, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and enthusiastic about digital marketing.
  • Attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.
