Meritum, a leading care and support agency, is seeking dynamic and confident individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Ashford and surrounding areas.
About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support services. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing domiciliary care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Supporting clients with their physical and emotional needs
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support services
