Meritum is a leading care agency in Kent with over 16 years of experience providing high-quality care to clients of all ages, from children to the elderly.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care and Support Workers.

Responsibilities
You will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as:
- Personal hygiene and dressing
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and social interaction
- Light housework and errands
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature
- A valid driver's license and access to a car
- The ability to work evenings and weekends when required
All appointments are subject to eligibility to work in the UK, DBS clearance, and references.
