The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a nursing home setting, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, along with nurse management experience and robust clinical skills.

The Candidate:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse aiming to advance their clinical career or for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead seeking a new challenge. The successful applicant should have:

  • Prior experience in a nursing home environment
  • Expertise in elderly and dementia care
  • Strong clinical capabilities
  • A genuine passion for elderly care
  • Leadership experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager role, although a strong clinical Unit Manager seeking advancement will also be considered.

Interview Process:
The selection process consists of two stages:

  • Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager
  • Stage 2 – Formal interview with the Home Manager & Owner
