The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the service department and customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded throughout their service journey.
Key Responsibilities:
