Vision for Education is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers for both full-time and part-time roles to provide educational support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, tailored to your comfort level in teaching.

With a growing demand for educators, we offer flexible work options on a daily, short-term, and long-term basis, allowing many teachers to secure contracted positions through supply work and connections with numerous local primary schools.

The Role and Environment


Whether you are interested in flexible supply work to accommodate other commitments or seeking a long-term or permanent position, we are here to assist you. The dynamic role of a Primary Teacher can change daily.

You will have the opportunity to visit various schools and teach different classes, aligning with your availability and specialized teaching areas in EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.

While most of the lessons you will deliver will be pre-planned, it is essential to have your own resources ready, suitable for all year groups you are comfortable teaching.


Vision for Education collaborates with a diverse range of schools, from maintained institutions to academies, small village schools to large urban schools, and mixed classes to three-form entry setups. You will have the chance to work in various educational environments that match your experience and expertise.

Requirements

The ideal Primary Teacher will possess:
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
  • Experience or a keen interest in working with students with SEND.
  • A strong passion for the academic progress of primary school pupils.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated team.
