An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned International Head of Sales to drive global growth for a well-established beauty company.

Our client is a respected skincare brand with a strong presence in the UK and US, seeking an experienced professional to lead their international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the International General Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across distributors, retailers, SPA, travel retail, and amenities
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to deliver sustained growth, including ongoing recruitment and talent development
  • Provide regular progress updates to the International GM and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with commercial finance teams to create efficient reporting tools and accurate forecasts
  • Hold full commercial, P&L, and budget responsibility
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and markets for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive international sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an International Account Manager with a track record of managing distributors, retail, SPA, or global travel retail
  • Extensive experience in a senior international role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to build, lead, motivate, and manage teams
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering international sales strategies and leading marketing teams
  • Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic businesses
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale channels across international markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
  • Result-driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth
  • A strong understanding of international trade regulations
  • Ability to travel internationally 30-40% of the time
